Thank you for this message, we are all so critical on ourselves, but we need to learn to be nice and kind to ourselves.
I think this just makes sense, if 90% of stuff is crap, why do we still fear failure? wouldn't it be better to fail faster and fail forward to get that unique 10%?
This post is a mind opener for everyone to self reflect, go out and make your mistakes, make a mess. Your work isn't going to be perfect all the time, put in the work to achieve Excellence always, but don't feel too bad when things don't go your way.
Great advice. I think we fall into the trap of believing everyone else's work and achievements are all amazing and that we are the only ones who fail. And of course, no one put's their failures on LinkedIn!
I remember talking with a friend a few days ago and feeling bad not being where I want to be and seeing that 90% of what I do won’t work is helping keep my sight on what’s important.
Just be nice, be kind to yourself. Very important .Thank you for sharing as always
“Just be nice and kind to yourself” 😊 is that too much to ask for?
